It includes all sectors involved in population health.<strong>To achieve this, the HID-Montreal will take the following actions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote a physical and virtual environment and ecosystem (known as \u201cThe District\u201d) conducive to the creation, development, deployment, exchange and commercialization of innovative ideas;<\/li>\n<li>Provide a forum to define priorities and criteria for social and ethical acceptability of health innovation and to identify projects that meet these criteria;<\/li>\n<li>Promote research, development and co-development projects in collaboration with the institutions involved<\/li>\n<li>Measure innovative health projects\u2019 social, economic and personal
