Mission
Our mission is to use innovation to improve the health of the population and to develop a sustainable economic fabric in this field in Quebec.
This mission includes, but is not limited to, disease. It includes all sectors involved in population health.To achieve this, the HID-Montreal will take the following actions:
- Promote a physical and virtual environment and ecosystem (known as “The District”) conducive to the creation, development, deployment, exchange and commercialization of innovative ideas;
- Provide a forum to define priorities and criteria for social and ethical acceptability of health innovation and to identify projects that meet these criteria;
- Promote research, development and co-development projects in collaboration with the institutions involved
- Measure innovative health projects’ social, economic and personal impacts.
